Our standard
Every farm signs it before its beef carries our name.

Questions
How much freezer space does 400 lb of beef take?
Plan on a 14 to 16 cubic foot chest freezer, or two smaller ones. Many families split a whole between two households.
Can I pick the cuts?
A whole share gives you the most say. Tell us your preferences when we confirm the harvest date and we pass them to the plant.
When do I pay the balance?
At pickup, or before we ship. The deposit holds your place in the harvest.
